I’m Tessa Barron
As an experienced teacher, one of my favorite moments is when a lightbulb comes on for a student, and they begin to understand and get excited about a new concept.
I have over 20 years of educational experience, both in formal classroom settings and as I homeschooled my own children. My passion is helping students take a step forward in their educational journey, growing their confidence to perform well.
My focus is helping students feel confident and gain clarity.

B. S. in Elementary Education, with an English Minor
I taught third grade at a private school for three years as the lead grade-level teacher. I also homeschooled my own children for twelve years. I’ve worked with children as a tutor in after school programs, with homeschool parents, and in the children’s ministry at our church.
Tutor
As the director of an educational co-op for 15 years, I came alongside homeschooling parents to supplement their child’s learning through subjects like geography, history, and Bible.
Currently working on certification with the Barton Reading and Spelling program.
Professional
Though education has remained my passion, my professional experience has also involved work as the Business Coordinator for Find Great People HR Consulting. I’ve led educational trips overseas, taught Bible studies, and organized events for nearly thirty years.
