If you’re not fully satisfied after our first session, then that session will be refunded.

Cancellations

Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Missed lessons or lessons canceled within 24 hours are charged in full except in extenuating circumstances. Please contact me in these cases.

Payment

Payment is due when the appointment is scheduled, which is collected through an online invoice that will be emailed to you.

Refunds

Unless it is our first appointment (see Money Back Guarantee) or the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice, I do not provide refunds.
